Trademark Filing

After your trademark is deemed registerable, the next step is to submit a trademark application. Trademark registration is crucial because it not only gives you exclusive rights to the use of the mark but also ensures that you will not inadvertently infringe a third party’s registered trademark.

To register a trademark, you must file your application and a range of other necessary documents to the Indonesian Trademark Office. We can help make this process simple and straightforward.

Once registered, trademark protection is valid for 10 years from the filing date. To ensure continued protection, renewal should take place within 6 months before the expiry date (the end of the 10 year period).
